Aptar launches 'Rocket Sport Cap'

Aptar Nutrient + Drinkable, a global leader in dispensing solutions for more than xxx years, has announced Rocket's launch, its next-generation sport cap. Aptar said Rocket sport cap offers visual consumer safety through a xanthous-colored band that indicates whether the packaging has been opened on store shelves or at home. This solution redefines beverage packaging safety standards as the start one to provide a visual and intuitive non-detachable tamper show indicator.

In addition to its visible safety, Rocket offers rubber to consumers with its "no-grit", double-wall lid pattern that protects the spout from external contaminants, in add-on to being designed to attach to kid safety standards (BSDA & EN 71*). A large finger recess and audible closing "click" audio makes opening and closing Rocket easy and reassuring to the consumers.
De Tilly said Rocket'south blueprint and functionality heighten what consumers and brands look from a sport cap. For example, while near caps open at a 110-degree angle, Rocket's hinge technology offers a 180-degree angle. The swivel functionality besides ensures the elimination of a hat spring-dorsum effect. With Rocket, Aptar continues to focus on meeting new sustainability standards and targets. The tamper-evident ring is tethered to the canteen with the Stay-With system, which keeps the closure attached to the canteen through its lifecycle, increasing the likelihood of the closure being collected sent through the recycling stream with the container. Rocket complies with upcoming regulations, including the single-use plastic (SUP) directive proposal in Europe.
